About the Position

Cleverex Jobbförmedling is a training and matching company with a big heart, working under the vision that everyone has a place in the labor market. The focus of the business is on coaching, education, establishment, and matching – always with high quality and results in mind. They are now looking for dedicated and self-driven instructors to expand the team. You will work with our participants in the Rusta och Matcha 2 (KROM 2) program at the office in Stockholm. The role involves a combination of individual coaching, planning, and matching to the labor market, focusing on helping each individual find their way to work or studies.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and guidance of participants within KROM 2
• Matching with employers and educational opportunities
• Documentation and follow-up according to the client's requirements
• Collaboration with colleagues and external actors
• Staffing the office

Your Profile

Requirements:

• At least 180 higher education credits (or 120 credits according to the previous system)
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience as a job coach or educational coach
• Good ability to plan, structure, and work independently
• Strong communication skills and a motivating approach
• Experience working result-oriented and with documentation
• Driving license B
• Languages: Swedish and Arabic

Meritorious:

• Experience with labor market policy programs
• Knowledge of and experience working in Grade Matcha (formerly Workbuster)
